These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and Lab Casino operating under license MGA/B2C/314/2015. By accessing or utilizing the services provided at labcasino.ca, users shall be deemed to have unconditionally accepted all provisions herein. Should any user disagree with these terms, immediate cessation of platform usage is required. Continued access following any modifications constitutes acceptance of revised terms and creates enforceable contractual obligations.
Platform Usage
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the platform solely for lawful gaming purposes. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: fraudulent transactions, manipulation of gaming systems, creation of multiple accounts, use of automated software, and violation of applicable gaming regulations. Users must be of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction and comply with all local laws. Any breach of usage restrictions may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
IP Rights
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and proprietary software, remain the exclusive property of Lab Casino and its licensors. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any platform content without express written authorization. The Lab Casino trademark and associated logos are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized use of proprietary materials constitutes infringement and may result in legal action and monetary damages.
User-Generated Content
Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant Lab Casino a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and display such content. All user submissions must comply with applicable laws and community standards. Content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or violating third-party rights shall be removed at Lab Casino's sole discretion. Users warrant that submitted content is original or properly licensed and indemnify Lab Casino against any resulting claims or damages.
Important Notice
Gaming services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Lab Casino disclaims all warranties regarding platform availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for particular purposes. Users acknowledge that gaming involves inherent risks and potential financial losses. Technical interruptions, software malfunctions, or connectivity issues may occur and Lab Casino shall not be liable for resulting damages. Users participate at their own risk and discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Lab Casino's total liability for any claims arising from platform usage shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the preceding twelve months. Under no circumstances shall Lab Casino be liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lab Casino, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from their platform usage or violation of these terms.
Termination Provisions
Lab Casino reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts immediately upon breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or regulatory requirements. Grounds for termination include fraudulent behavior, violation of usage policies, or failure to provide required documentation. Upon termination, users' access rights cease immediately, though financial obligations remain enforceable. Outstanding balances may be withheld pending investigation or regulatory compliance. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations of either party.
Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Maltese courts. Users irrevocably consent to such jurisdiction and waive any objections based on venue or forum non conveniens. Should any provision be deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein.
